"First impression was decent, but it misses some leads"
My first impression was that it worked well and did bring in some leads, which was nice. After using it a bit more though, I noticed a few leads seem to drop off here and there. Overall it’s okay, but I wish it was a little more consistent.

I tried getting started with it, but the setup ended up taking way longer than I thought it would. Maybe I missed something, but a few parts felt kind of confusing and not very straightforward. I was expecting it to be quick, so it was a bit frustrating to spend that much time just getting things ready.

"Decent interface, but it could be smoother"
The interface is okay overall, but it feels a bit clunky at times. I don’t think it needs a total overhaul or anything, just some basic polish to make it easier and more respectful of people’s time.

"Kiosk mode gave me a headache"
I tried using quicktapsurvey.com in kiosk mode, and while it technically worked, it was frustrating. It froze on me a couple of times, and getting it back to the actual survey screen was more annoying than it should’ve been. Setup wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t nearly as simple as I expected. Support mostly gave me those canned apology-type responses, which didn’t make me feel like anyone was actually paying attention. It’s probably fine for something small or low-pressure, but I definitely wouldn’t rely on it for a busy event.

"Sync is "fine" but not always quick"
I’ve been using quicktapsurvey to collect responses, and overall it does the job. The only thing that gets a little frustrating is the syncing. Sometimes the results show up right away, but other times I’m stuck waiting or hitting refresh a few times before everything updates. It’s not a dealbreaker, but when I need the data fast, it can be "pretty annoying."

"Support was so, so slow to respond"
I reached out to support they took forever to get back to me. Like, days and days went by, and even after finally hearing from them, my issue still isn’t fixed. Super frustrating, really frustrating.

"Onboarding felt really disorganized"
The onboarding was kind of a mess. The training barely helped, and whenever I emailed with questions, the replies felt like they were coming from robots instead of actual people. I was hoping for more guidance and a smoother start

"Easy to use, but a little clunky in spots"
I’ll give QuickTapSurvey credit, it was easy to get the hang of, even without digging through a bunch of help guides. I was able to put together a basic survey fairly quickly, and I remember thinking, okay, this is straightforward, I can work with this.
That said, a few parts did make me pause and think, hm, why does this feel harder than it needs to? Editing questions and jumping around the settings felt a bit clunky at times. Overall, it’s not bad at all, I just wish the whole experience felt a little smoother

"The third-party integrations were just a mess..."
The third-party integrations were just a mess for me. Zapier kept failing, then I’d try again and it would fail again, and then I’d be stuck trying to figure out what went wrong all over again. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really help much, so I kept running into the same problem again and again. It got frustrating fast.

"Feels like a waste of money and energy"
I paid for it thinking it would actually be useful, but i didn’t feel like I got much out of it. For the price, it just doesn’t do enough. I ended up wasting more energy trying to make it worthwhile than it was even worth.
"Reports could definitely be better"
Quick Tap Survey has been fine for collecting responses, so I’ll give it that. But the reporting side feels underwhelming. I expected simple charts and filters that were easy to use, or actually, not even fancy, just something that helped me get to the basic numbers without clicking around so much.
Exporting the data works okay, but I usually still end up cleaning everything in Excel afterward. The analytics don’t go very deep, and a few reports have loaded slowly for me. It’s not awful, but it can be frustrating when you’re trying to get useful insights quickly...

"Exporting my results took way too much time"
I started using QuickTapSurvey earlier this month, and at first it seemed like it would be straightforward. But when I got to the point of exporting my survey results, that’s where things became frustrating. I expected to download the data and move on, but it ended up taking a lot longer than I planned.
After I downloaded the files, they weren’t very easy to work with, so I spent part of my afternoon cleaning things up and fixing formatting issues. By the next day, I was still annoyed because exporting should be one of the simplest parts of using a survey tool. Overall, it left me disappointed

I’ve been using Quick Tap Survey to collect feedback, it feels solid. The data settings are clear enough that I’m not sitting there like a confused idiot trying to figure out where everything goes. Exporting the results feels secure too, which is a big deal. My only gripe is that some of the privacy stuff still reads like boring legal-word soup, and they could seriously dumb it down a bit. But overall, I’m comfortable using it and haven’t run into any sketchy nonsense

"Felt boxed in by the survey customization"
I kept trying to find a way to make the surveys fit what I needed, but after clicking around and looking for patterns in the settings, it started to feel like the same limitation kept popping up. There just weren’t many customization options, so everything ended up feeling a bit too generic for my use case.

"Offline mode worked, but syncing could be smoother"
I used it at an event where the wifi was spotty, and the offline surveys mostly did what I needed. I even checked back through my email confirmation/receipt afterward to make sure everything lined up. The only downside was that syncing later took longer than I expected, and one response seemed to show up a bit delayed. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but the offline-to-online sync could definitely feel a little smoother
